[mod] SearXNG JavaScript Style Guide (eslint:recommended)

The SearXNG JavaScript Style Guide is a set of eslint rules [1] based on the
eslint:recommended [2] rules.

The additional rules adopted from the JavaScript Standard Style [3][4].
