This PR adds a new result type: File
Python class: searx/result_types/file.py
Jinja template: searx/templates/simple/result_templates/file.html
CSS (less) client/simple/src/less/result_types/file.less
Class 'File' (singular) replaces template 'files.html' (plural). The renaming
was carried out because there is only one file (singular) in a result. Not to be
confused with the category 'files' where in multiple results can exist.
As mentioned in issue [1], the class '.category-files' was removed from the CSS
and the stylesheet was adopted in result_types/file.less (there based on the
templates and no longer based on the category).

The use of img_src AND thumbnail in the default results makes no sense (only a
thumbnail is needed). In the current state this is rather confusing, because
img_src is displayed like a thumbnail (small) and thumbnail is displayed like an
image (large).

We have built up detailed documentation of the *settings* and the *engines* over
the past few years. However, this documentation was still spread over various
chapters and was difficult to navigate in its entirety.
This patch rearranges the Settings & Engines documentation for better
readability.

This engine uses a custom 'files' result template
set `base_url` to the location where recoll-webui can be reached
set `dl_prefix` to a location where the file hierarchy as indexed by recoll can be reached
set `search_dir` to the part of the indexed file hierarchy to be searched, use an empty string to search the entire search domain
